De kwalificatierondes tijdens het, volgens veel piloten erg slecht georganiseerde, WK in Hawaii zijn gehouden en er zijn nu nog 32 piloten over. Goed nieuws voor Nederland want er is nog 1 Nederlandse piloot overgebleven die zich zal gaan meten met de beste drone racers ter wereld namelijk Martijn de Kemp die zich met een 24ste plek gekwalificeerd heeft! Dino Joghi is helaas afgevallen, reden was teveel crashen en te weinig rondes 🙁
Wij wensen Martijn de Kemp alle succes en hopen dat Nederland ook nu weer hoog zal eindigen tijdens het WK drone racen!

Klachten over de organisatie
Hier een van de vele boze reacties van de piloten over de organisatie van het Evenement;
So just to clarify…
We are now at 11pm.
8 hours after racing stopped.And there is ZERO official word on the scores in this group.
Don’t give me some shit about how DSA wasn’t given the scores, no one cares- DSA is running the event, DSA step up and take responsibility for the circus you have created. You organised the timing system, it’s your problem.Where are the updates? Where are the “we are sorry”s? Where are the “this is what we are doing to fix it?”
DSA is a fucking joke.
At this point it seems they have lost the scores (we know for sure they lost the wings times) and they are trying to make it up from DVR or something.
We have a message in the facebook chat (which not everyone is in, again, your communication methods are shit) with a list of 32 people and a post that two heats need to be there at 7am. Most people aren’t going to see that, and that time is wing time anyway. If you want to change the plans, perhaps a formal message should be posted?
Let’s not even get started on the fact some of the times don’t make sense….
